HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1
Create an account with us by signing into our member area where you'll provide us with your contact information.
STEP 2
Upon scheduling your first service we'll deliver laundry bags to the address you've provided us.
STEP 3
Leave your laundry at your door in our provided bag and we'll pick it up on the scheduled date and time. Our laundry pickups can be scheduled from 9am - 4pm.
STEP 4
We'll check pockets, sort by light and dark, wash your laundry with your detergent preference, fold it and then deliver it back to your door within 1 business day.

What to expect from my first order?Upon placing your first pickup with us you'll receive an email confirmation. Next we'll drop off your new laundry bags to you along with our stain treatment solution if needed. On the day of your scheduled laundry pickup please place your laundry in the bags we've provided and place them at your front door. If you have stains to be treated, pre-spray the stains with the solution we've provided. Please note we will not take laundry in any other bag or container other than the laundry bags we provide. We'll then pick up your laundry as scheduled during our business hours between 8:30 AM and 4 PM Monday through Friday. We'll then wash, dry and fold your laundry and then return it to you in our provided reusable laundry bags, dropping it back off at your front door on the next business day.

What should I put my laundry in?Upon booking your first pick up service with us we'll drop off laundry bags for you to place your laundry in for pickup.

Do you do stain removal?Yes! We provide you with a bottle of our own spot treatment solution upon your first order which is delivered with your laundry bags.

Can I send undergarments?We do not currently accept socks, underwear, bras or lingerie.

Can you air dry items?Yes! We're happy to air dry items for you at $2 per item.

Do you offer dry cleaning?No, we currently do not offer dry cleaning.

Do you check pockets?We do our best to make sure there are no loose items in pockets but we ask that you double check all pockets before placing items in laundry bags for pickup. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items that are left in pockets.

Do you mix customer laundry?No, we wash each customers laundry in separate loads.

When do I get my clothes back?We return your clothes washed, dried and folded within one business day of pickup.

What happens if I need to cancel an order?Please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled pick up to cancel your laundry service. If we do not receive your cancelation notice within 24 hours of the scheduled pick up time there will be a cancelation fee of 50% of your total orders cost.
